How to Upload a YouTube Video or YouTube Livestream in the Channels Section
Go to this link from web, not a mobile device. Make sure you are an admin. Once you are, do the following steps below.
1. Click the upside down triangle
2. Click Community Settings

4. Click upload new content
5. Click link to extend resource
