Lockerverse Inc. (“Lockerverse” or the “Company”) provides, among other things, (i) an online platform
(the “Platform”) for certain individuals and entities to raise funds through the sale of goods or services or
to solicit donations to support their organization, mission, needs, or activities (“Fundraiser,” “Sponsor,”
or “Boundless LLC”), and (ii) related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Sweepstakes (as
defined below), specifically, is created and administered by the Fundraiser that creates and operates
sweepstakes in which entrants are rewarded with a chance to win experiences, goods and/or services
(“Prizes”). The Company makes no representations with respect to the charitable, tax exempt, or for-profit
status of Fundraisers on the Platform. The Company disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from
any reliance placed on the Fundraiser’s statements or representations, statements or representations by
any other visitor to the Platform), or statements or representations by anyone who may be informed of
any of its contents, including with respect to the charitable, tax exempt, for-profit, or other status of
Fundraisers on the Platform. You agree and warrant that any payment or contribution made to the
Fundraiser or in connection with the Fundraiser’s campaign on the Platform was in no way reliant on any
representations by the Company or beliefs formed regarding the charitable, tax exempt, or for-profit
status of the Fundraiser or its affiliates. By participating, participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound
by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Fundraiser, which are binding and final on
matters relating to applicable sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The ROAR+ (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on June 11th,
2025 at 12:00AM and end on September 14 at 11:59 PM 2025
(“Sweepstakes Period”)

SPONSOR/FUNDRAISER: Boundless LLC

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and
District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories) (the “Eligibility Area”),
(ii) who enter the Sweepstakes from within the Eligibility Area, and (iii) who are at least eighteen (18)
years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older) at time of
Sweepstakes entry. Employees, officers and representatives of the Company and Fundraiser, and their
respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, web-design, advertising, marketing,
fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies, or other agencies involved in the administration,
development, fulfillment and execution of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective immediate family

members or household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Immediate family
members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses,
and their respective spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at
least three (3) months a year, whether or not related. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all
requirements in these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where
prohibited or restricted. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, your residential address and email address will
be the physical address and email address at the time of entry. You will not be allowed to change your
physical address or email address.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.roarplus.co/membership-monthly (“Website”) and click on any of the following icons: (i) “Continue” and follow the provided instructions to subscribe or enter for free.

All Entries on the Company Platform become the sole and exclusive property of the Company and receipt
of Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. If you participate via a mobile device, Message and Data
Rates may apply.

There is a limit of 1 Sweepstakes entry per person, regardless of entry method. Entries will not be
acknowledged or returned. Sweepstakes Entries received from any person in excess of the stated
limitation, or which are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost,
misdirected, or incorrectly addressed, will be void and not acknowledged or returned. Subsequent
attempts made by the same individual to submit Sweepstakes Entries beyond the limit by using multiple
or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified.

Any and all information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Company’s Privacy
Policy available at https://www.lockerverse.com/privay-policy. By entering in the Sweepstakes,
Participants hereby agree that the Company and Fundraiser may collect and use their personal
information submitted with their Sweepstakes entry. Among other things, the information Participants
provide may be used to send company updates and announcements from the Fundraiser concerning the
company and its Services. Participants may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive further
communications from the Fundraiser. Participants are not required to opt-in and opting in will not improve
your odds of winning.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each winner is subject to verification of eligibility requirements, including verification of age. Each potential winner is referred to herein as the “Winner”. Approximately three (3) business days after the Sweepstakes Period, potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Fundraiser from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Fundraiser will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner(s) at the phone number and/or email address submitted at the time of entry. A Prize will only be awarded to a verified Winner. Before being declared a Prize Winner, potential Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility,
liability, tax acknowledgment, and where legal, a publicity release, in order to claim a Prize. A potential
Winner must return all required properly completed documents to Fundraiser within 3 business days from
the date it was sent by Fundraiser. Once Fundraiser has accepted each potential Winner’s eligibility
documents, Fundraiser will notify the confirmed Winner using the method described above. If a Winner is
not confirmed because he or she does not complete any part of the process described above, does not
respond to Fundraiser’s notification attempt acknowledging their desire to accept the Prize within 3
business days of Fundraiser ’s initial attempt of contact, is unable to claim a Prize, poses a threat to the
Prize provider(s), or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules, Fundraiser will
disqualify that person, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Fundraiser, in its sole discretion, may, but is not
obligated to, award the Prize to an alternate Prize Winner, following the same verification process and
timelines.

Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.
Fundraiser’s decisions are final and binding in all matters regarding their Sweepstakes. Company and
Fundraiser are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or
omission whatsoever with respect to any Prize.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: There will be three (3) Prizes awarded to Winner(s). The Prizes are the
following:

• Win two tickets to the White Out vs. Oregon

• Two pregame sideline passes

• Two fan packs and one parking pass

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prizes are between $500 and $2,000 each. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON PRIZES: Each Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, non-
exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. At Fundraiser’s sole discretion, Fundraiser reserves the
right to substitute a Prize (or any element thereof) of equal or greater value for any reason. Fundraiser
and Company make no representations or warranties with respect to any Prize or any element thereof.
Any difference between the actual value of the Prize and the stated ARV (if less than the actual value) will
not be awarded. Some Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the Prize provider(s).

All expenses associated with claiming a Prize, which are not explicitly listed as being included in the
Prize, are the Winner’s responsibility. The Company and Fundraiser shall not be held responsible for any
delays in awarding the Prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, Fundraiser is unable to award
or deliver the Prize, the Prize may not be re-awarded.

In the event of a Prize that requires Winners to travel to or attend a specific event, the Fundraiser and
Company are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or
omission of any third person with respect to the Winner’s ability to attend the event. Lost or stolen tickets,
travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the Winner’s possession, will not be
replaced. In the event of a Prize that includes an in-person component (celebrity meeting, travel, etc.), if
the Company and/or Fundraiser believe the Winner and/or the Winner’s guest(s) are harassing,
threatening, abusive or obnoxious, the Company and/or Fundraiser reserve the right to terminate the
Prize, in part or whole, without further compensation.

It is the Prize Winner’s responsibility to determine if there are specific laws or regulations in their country
or state that prohibit them from entering the Sweepstakes or claiming a Prize. Prize Winners are
responsible for any and all tax implications of accepting a Prize. Fundraiser will provide Winners with a
Form W-9 to obtain their tax information and will send Winners a Form 1099 in the amount of the actual retail value of the Prize, as required by law. All federal, state and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of a Prize, and payment of any required withholding, are solely the responsibility of the Winner.

Each Winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the Prize draw/selection. Winner
participation in such publicity is entirely optional. By accepting a Prize, each Winner grants Fundraiser
and Company the right to use Winner’s name, image, picture, video, biographical information, statements,
voice, and likeness in any advertising and publicity relating to the Sweepstakes in any media or format,
whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time
or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice to such Winner. Each Winner further agrees
to execute and return, within seven (7) days of Prize notification, an IRS form, if applicable, along with an
affidavit of eligibility and/or release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law).

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes qualification is determined when a Sweepstakes entry is
received in accordance with these Official Rules. Proof of identity and/or residence reasonably
satisfactory to the Fundraiser may be required to verify eligibility. The Fundraiser has the right to
determine Sweepstakes eligibility in its discretion; all decisions concerning Sweepstakes eligibility are
final. Any effort to circumvent the sweepstake’s limits, requirements, or other terms (including, but not
limited to, providing fictitious information or concealing identity or location) voids submissions and
disqualifies person from participating in the Sweepstakes.

The failure of Fundraiser to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God,
hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities
outside of the control of Fundraiser (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or
other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

By participating, Participants accept and agree to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules, any applicable
rules, terms of entry, or terms and conditions related to any Prize elements (including, but not limited to,
non-disclosure agreements as may be required), and all applicable laws and the decisions of the
Fundraiser (and, to the extent applicable, the Company), which shall be final and binding in all matters; (ii)
waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules and Fundraiser’s campaign specific
rules; and (iii) waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the
Released Parties (as defined below) for any Losses (as defined below) arising out of, or related to, a
Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by
other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism,
entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are late, forged, destroyed,
lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise
not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified, or
emails or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, technical, electronic, mechanical,
network, seeding, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the
Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the
administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Prize redemptions, emails, Sweepstakes Entries,
the announcement of the Winner(s), or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also
not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Company Platform users,
tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Participants or to any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or
use of the Company Platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who
are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Fundraiser, will be disqualified and all
associated Sweepstakes Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in the Fundraiser’s sole opinion (and, where applicable, the Company’s), compromised by non-authorized
human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Fundraiser, corrupt or impair the
administration, security, fairness or proper play or submission of Sweepstakes Entries, the Fundraiser
reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. If terminated, at
its discretion, the Fundraiser reserves the right to select the potential Winner from all eligible, non-suspect
Sweepstakes Entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by the
Fundraiser. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the stated number of Prizes in
these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE A
PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE
FUNDRAISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK ANY AND
ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW.

Participants, by participating, agree that the Fundraiser, Company, and Prize provider(s) and their
respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and sweepstakes agencies, promotional partners,
and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents
(collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by
Participants against, any Losses resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,
possession, misuse or use of a Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in the
Sweepstakes. Each Prize is offered and provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by the Fundraiser,
either express or implied. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on the Prizes (if any) are subject to
the manufacturer’s terms therefore, and each Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer(s) for
any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Winner acknowledges
that the Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the
Prize. Each Winner, by acceptance of a Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for the
Fundraiser and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or
other likeness and Prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further
compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or
review or approval from such Winner.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant based on an e-mail address, the Sweepstakes
entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address at time of the
Sweepstakes entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is
responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a
dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Sweepstakes entry cannot be
resolved to Fundraiser’s satisfaction, the affected Sweepstakes entry will be deemed ineligible.

INDEMNITY: Participants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties
from any and all liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal
injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and
expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) (collectively, “Losses”) arising
out of or relating in any way to: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, (b)
typographical errors in the Official Rules or any Sweepstakes promotional materials, (c) acceptance or
possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use a Prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change
by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a Prize due to reasons beyond
any of the Released Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or
inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of a Sweepstakes entry (including, without
limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of a
Platform or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer
equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by you, (i)
interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related web pages, or any online
service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or
any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes,
(k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or
malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the
Released Parties, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event
whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Released Parties. Each Winner hereby
acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable
for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize or
component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the Prize suppliers
associated with the Sweepstakes.

Participants assume all liability for all Losses caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this
Sweepstakes, use of the Company Platform, or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any Prize or Prize
component. Participants further agree that, in the event the Released Parties are found liable for any
Losses in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and
participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.

CHOICE OF LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that:
(1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or
any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and
exclusively by the federal and state courts of the State of California, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims,
judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (not to exceed USD
$50.00), including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
(3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all
rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (other
than for actual out-of-pocket expenses), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise
increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability
of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Fundraiser in connection with the
Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California,
U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California,
U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other
than the State of California, U.S.A. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL
DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE
OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. EACH PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT
HE/SHE SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION,
ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION, OR EXPLOITATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR
ANY OTHER PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF FUNDRAISER OR ANY OF ITS PARENTS,
SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES.

If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof
should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and
enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize
documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No entrant shall have the
right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Fundraiser’s failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and
effect. In the event of any conflict with any information contained in these Official Rules and information
contained in any promotional materials, the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules
and the additional rules for a particular Sweepstakes or modifications to the rules listed within the
Fundraiser’s webpage and/or digital community channel corresponding to the Sweepstakes shall prevail.

PRIVACY POLICY: When you participate in a Fundraiser’s Sweepstakes on or in connection with the
Company’s Platform, the Company collects some information about you which is subject to Lockerverse’s
Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
When entering the Sweepstakes you may be asked whether or not you wish to opt in to receive
promotional emails from the Company or the benefiting Fundraiser. If you choose to opt in, you may opt

social media pages, officially verifying and confirming the Winner(s). You may also request a Winner’s list
by mailing your request to the Company, postage prepaid, at 2112 Carnegie Ln, Unit C, Redondo Beach,
CA 90278 within 60 days of the of the applicable Prize drawing date.
