How to Add Administrators & Post Content
Adding Administrators

Once you have created the community, go to https://app.lockerverse.com/

Select the icon of the community you have just created.

On the left, next to the name of the community, select the drop down arrow, and select ‘Community Settings’

Select ‘Roles’ which is located under User Management
-
Click the Pencil icon next to ‘Admin’ and then type the name of the user you wish to add as an administrator

If the user you are trying to add has not already joined the community, you will need to first send them the invite link so that they can join the community. The invite link can be found in the Community Settings under the tab ‘Invite Link’

Posting Content (best practices for faster upload times is to keep the videos under 100MB)

To add content, go to https://app.lockerverse.com/ and select the icon of the community you want to add content to

On the left, next to the name of the community, select the drop down arrow, and select ‘Community Settings’

Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Content’

In the content panel, select ‘Add New’
-
Attach the video from your computer documents
-
If you need to download a youtube video for content to post, use youtube to mp4 converter: https://en1.y2mate.is/kdrwp/youtube-to-mp4.html​

Best practice: Use the smallest file size.​

If screen recording from Instagram/Twitter/etc., use SnagIt or Quicktime Player and ensure the video captures the audio
-
For all videos, make sure the starting screen is not a black screen

Name the content - if the video is of an athlete name the video ‘Full name | Position, Team’

​For example: “Steph Curry | Guard, Warriors”​

In description, use the caption/description from wherever the video came from (youtube, instagram, etc.). If you have used the description as the name of the content, then leave this field blank

Click ‘Upload File’ and ensure the content successfully uploaded
