Against Oregon
• Oregon holds the all-time series lead, 68-49-10, with a 31-22-6 record in games played in Corvallis.
• The Beavers have won the last two games in Corvallis and three of the last four at Reser Stadium dating back to 2016.
• Head coach Trent Bray posted 32 tackles in four games during his playing career against the Ducks. He added three tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble in those four games. Bray led OSU with 14 tackles in a loss as a senior in 2005.
• The Oregon State-Oregon rivalry is one of the most played in NCAA football history. The meeting will be the 128th all-time, which will tie for the seventh most all-time, and the second-most at the FBS level.
• The 128th meeting will equal Georgia-Auburn, North Carolina-Virginia and Cincinnati-Miami (Ohio), the latter of which is also being played Saturday, for FBS rivalaries. Only Wisconsin and Minnesota, who have played 133 times leading into this season, have played more time at the FBS level.
• The teams are playing before November for just the second time. The only other meeting before November came on Oct. 23, 1937 in Eugene, a 14-0 Beavers' win.
• Both teams come into the game unbeaten for just the third time in the series history. Previous matchups came in 1897 and 1907. The Beavers won those games, 26-8 and 4-0, respectively.
• Jam Griffin ran for 75 yards on eight carries in the Beavers' 2022 38-34 win.
• Jaden Robinson is the only defensive player on the current roster who made a tackle in the 2022 win, picking up one. Wide receiver Jeremiah Noga also made one tackle on special teams.

First Two
• Trent Bray has led the Beavers to a 2-0 record to start the year. He is the first OSU head coach to win his first two games at the helm of the program since Dennis Erickson led the Beavers to wins over Nevada and Fresno State to open the 1999 season.
• The Beavers are 22-10 since Bray took over as defensive coordinator in 2021.
Recapping The SDSU Win
• The Beavers earned their first true road shutout since 1983 in a 0-0 tie at Oregon. The last time OSU won a road game with a shutout was in a 59-0 win at Hawai'i in 1976.
• The Beavers limited San Diego State to just seven first downs. It's the 15th time holding an opponent to less than 10 first downs since 1996, with four coming on the road. In fact, it was the first time limiting a foe to less than 10 first downs on the road since 2000 at Arizona.
• SDSU tallied just one first down via the rush, the fifth time an OSU defense accomplished that since 2000. It last happened in 2023 at Colorado
• OSU held SDSU to 179 total yards, the 24th time the Beavers have kept a team under 200 since 1996. The Beavers are a perfect 24-0 when that happens. Five of those 24 times have occurred on the road and Saturday's mark was the first away from Reser Stadium since 2009.
• The Beavers' 41:07 of possession time marked the team's highest since at least 1996.
• The Beavers averaged 3:44 per drive for the second consecutive game. OSU held the Aztecs to an average of 1:34 and 13 yards per drive Saturday.
• SDSU punted eight times, marking the 10th time a Beaver opponent has punted at least eight times in a game since 2010.
• Trent Walker set a career-high with both eight receptions and 92 yards.
• Bryce Caufield picked up his first career touchdown reception, scoring on a 21-yard catch in the fourth quarter.
F• ive beavers made their first career starts: wide receiver David Wells Jr., tight end Andy Alfieri, linebacker Zakaih Saez, linebacker Dexter Foster and defensive back Sailasa Vadrawale III.
Two In The Top 20
• Jam Griffin and Anthony Hankerson have given the Beavers a strong 1-2 punch in the run game this season. The duo both rank in the top-20 for yards per game, making Oregon State the only program nationally to claim that fact.
• Griffin is averaging 124.5 yards per game, good for 12th. Hankerson, meanwhile, has averaged 113, ranking him 17th.
Against The Run
• Oregon State's rush defense ranks 26th nationally allowing an average of 77 yards per game on the ground. Opponents are averaging 3.76 yards per carry.
